# Scenarios

A **Scenario** describes a postulated events variation and is created interim to evaluate and simulate different options. Typically, a Scenario contains only a selected set of Portfolio Element Entities.

## Creating a Scenario

**A** –Name of the Scenario.

**B** – Description of the Scenario.

**C** – Scenario Score calculated based on the Evaluation Criteria.

**D** – Expected Benefit of the Scenario with following choices:

* Extraordinary
* High
* Average
* Low
* Negative

**E** – Expected Cost of the Scenario with following choices:

* Extraordinary
* High
* Average
* Low

**F** – Expected Risk of the Scenario with the following choices:

* Extraordinary
* High
* Average
* Low
* Negative

**G** – Rating of the Scenario with the following choices:

* Exceeds
* Above
* Average
* Below
* Fatal

**H** – History of the creation and update information.

**I** – The decision about the Scenario.

**J** – An advantage description of the Scenario.

**K** – A disadvantage description of the Scenario.
